　　苏印和平友好合作条约全称《苏维埃社会主义共和国联盟和印度共和国和平友好合作条约》（英文：Treaty of peace Friendship and Cooperation between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Republic of India）是苏联和印度缔结的具有军事性质的条约。1971年8月9日在印度首都新德里签订，同年8月18日生效，有效期20年。并可以顺延，每次5年。
